Project Overview

This project involved using revolving funds from previous projects, to provide incremental loans as part of a house repairs programme. Through partnership with SPARC Samudaya Nirman Sahayak (SSNS) and Reall, families were granted small loans to use for additional construction on their existing housing, and for repair work either in response to monsoon damage, or for general maintenance. The loans were provided to families in cities throughout South India, to be repaid over a period of 4 years.
