Environment Protection Statement

Reall recognises the impacts our mission, objectives and activities make on the environment. We also recognise the threat of climate change to prosperity, social justice, and quality of life. We are therefore committed to managing and mitigating our environmental impact and promoting adaptation by maximising the resilience of our residential developments.

Reall’s recent pledge to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Race To Zero Campaign commits to being carbon neutral by 2030.

Reall’s Gender Policy represents Reall’s commitment to take a cohesive and coordinated approach to gender equality. Whistleblowing Statement

Reall is committed to good practice and wishes to ensure high standards in this area. It is recognised that the decision to report a concern can be a difficult one to make, not least because of the fear of reprisal from those responsible for the malpractice. Reall will do what it lawfully can to protect staff when a genuine concern is raised and will treat as a disciplinary offence any action by a colleague to discourage action or to victimise or criticise a whistle-blower after a concern has been expressed.
