GAHF in Kenya: Gender Analysis and Financial Product Design Consultancy

Reall is looking for a Kenya-based consultant/consulting group to conduct research supporting Reall’s Green Affordable Housing Finance (GAHF) initiative in Kenya. The work will deliver gender analysis and target market scoping to better understand end-user housing finance for women in the Kenyan context, and use this to inform and develop recommendations for gender-targeted de-risking products to incentivise lending by local financial institutions to women borrowers.

Administration Supervisor

Become a key member of our HR Team, working closely with the Executive Assistant and HR Manager. As an integral team player, your responsibilities include supporting HR administration, office and facilities management, and general administration tasks. The primary goal is to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of the office by organising and coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines. Essential qualifications encompass experience in Office or Facilities Management, providing administrative/HR support, delivering excellent customer service, effective communication with stakeholders, and strong IT skills.
