The Zima Homes brand builds upon past experience within the BuildX team to deliver climate smart, socially impactful buildings with high design standards. The project will demonstrate not only reduced construction costs for desirable aspirational homes, but connect these with innovative housing finance models to make them accessible to families in the bottom 40% of the income pyramid.

The Zima Homes complex is designed as a pilot model that is intended to be replicated multiple times over to deliver outstanding urban design for affordable homes. The project will source local materials to deliver 143 housing units in total, for an estimated 283 people.
