This project site is situated in Kitengela, in close proximity to the previously completed Semba Motto NACHU project, and approximately 16km from Nairobi’s central business district.
212 homes were built with full access to water, sanitation and energy. The project targeted clients living on low incomes, who were offered micro-mortgage loans by NACHU to purchase the homes and could afford monthly repayments in the range of £65 to £80 per month.
