Funded by New Story, Kwangware 2b is an extension of the original Kwangware project and uses KKL’s modular technology to deliver the new homes within just 12 weeks. The bedsits start at just $3,000 (excluding land, site costs and connections) meaning that decent housing can be built for a far lower price point than other developers in Kenya.
Delivering 25 affordable rental units in Kwangware, the project is located in an area with a large factory based workforce, many of whom currently reside in sub-standard rental housing. Each unit will provide sustainable and liveable spaces within a secure compound with pathways around the site and service connections included
