Reall are proud to announce two of our green construction partners have been selected, from almost 200 entries, to feature in Build Better Now‘s Virtual Pavilion exhibition – highlighting the built environment’s role in climate mitigation throughout COP26.

As a key delivery partner of the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) and the COP26 Built Environment Virtual Pavilion, Reall are excited to spotlight the innovative green building solutions of partners, BuildX Studio and ModulusTech, in the newly launched exhibition.

Trailblazing exhibitors

BuildX Studio – Pioneering a Sustainable Mass Timber Market in East Africa, Nairobi, Kenya.

  • BuildX studio pioneer mass timber processing, accompanied by sustainable forest management, to create a renewable and carbon-negative economy
  • Their innovative solution champions use of cross-laminated timber, which significantly mitigates carbon emissions, locking it away for decades or more

ModulusTech – Net-zero Modular Homes, Karachi, Pakistan

  • ModulusTech have piloted a revolutionary flat-pack modular housing model in 10 of the first ever net-zero homes in Pakistan, that are affordable for the bottom 40% of the income pyramid
  • Their innovative flat-pack panelling is estimated to save 90% of carbon emissions per home, and careful design throughout minimises water use and maximises temperature control
