This Project provides approximately 720 units of varying sizes intended for commercial use, low value homes and community services for approximately 3,300 indigent citizens of the Multan region. The housing community consists of a mixed-income development serving families with a median monthly household income of GBP 220 per month. The site is located next to Budhla Road, a 40 ft wide road which leads into and is in close proximity to Multan city center – a commercial and industrial hub that is well connected by air and rail. The target customer profile includes manual labour and associate level employees, as well as self-employed individuals. The Pak Arab Fertiliser factory 3 km from the site, going towards Multan city center, employs close to 1000 employees providing potential customers. The Housing Building Finance Corporation (HBFC) of Pakistan, a government owned financing institution have a long standing partnership with AMC, providing ten year mortgages for the target customer base.
