To manage the implementation of a new treasury system and provide loan documentation as required to support any changes in Reall’s loan portfolio. Reviewing the impact of investment proposals on future cashflows. Taking full responsibility for the loan portfolio’s performance by actively managing the debtors-so enforcing credit control procedures.
You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and working across Reall’s organisation with other departments. You will form part of the Finance Team and gain support from them and the Investment Managers, many of who are fully qualified accountants. This is a new position within our Team and you will be working closely with an already very experienced colleague.

Salary – £34,000 – £38,000 per annum
Working hours – Normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are open to flexible working patterns subject to the objectives and outcomes of the role being met. We are currently working hybrid with blended office and homeworking with the ability to work up to three days from home.
