The Role

The Contracts Oversight Manager will provide contract management oversight and expertise across all of the agreements Reall has with its Partner Network in Africa and Asia. Main elements of the role will include:

  • Provide leadership on contractual matters with Reall’s Partners and manage reporting of performance against contractual milestones.
  • Manage and document any changes to Partner Contracts through a change control process.
  • Assist in drafting specifications and Statements of Work and delivery schedules with from input provided by Reall’s Partnerships Team.
  • Ensure any changes to contractual terms and conditions are managed with the Legal Manager.
  • Maintain the contract library for all Partner contracts.
